In these Refund Policy, "we", "us" and "our" means Swift Productions.

In these Refund Policy, "you", "your" and "the client" means you the user accessing the website http://www.swiftproductions.com.au

You should read these Terms of Use and Refund Policy before using our website or services. By you continuing to use our website or services, that means you have read and understood our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree with them then please do not continue.

We may amend these Refund Policy from time to time. Please check back regularly to ensure that you are kept updated. For your convenience we place a date and time at the bottom of the page when we amend our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

At Swift Productions we want to ensure all of our clients are 100% happy with our services so we offer a Money Back Guarantee on all of our design and printing work, however, we do have some conditions which apply. Other Important Things You Should

Domain Name Registration

1. Swift Productions requests you email through the chosen domain to register. This is then copied and pasted into the registrant, therefore any spelling mistakes or wrong purchases are purely the responsibility of the customer and no refund is offered for this under any circumstance.

1a. No refund will be given under any circumstance for domain name registration

Hosting

2. Hosting fees are paid annually. If you are looking at changing providers or terminating your website you can write to us requesting a refund for web hosting fees. You will be refunded for the remainder of the term. Swift Productions requires one month (30 days) notice to cancel and refund any websites hosting. Websites with an email hosting service and / or eBay store hosting fee are non refundable and are payable 1 year upfront. Website hosting only is refundable if you do not have active email account with us. Example: [email protected]

2a. When a refund is given your hosting account may be cancelled. If your service(s) are cancelled your website and / or eBay store may also stop working including any FTP and Email accounts associated with hosting account. We are unable to provide support on how to migrate your service(s) to another provider if you wish to do so.

2b. Hosting is always paid at a minimum 1 month upfront and is non refundable.

Website Design Services

3. Website design fees are refundable up to the point revisions on the design start. If you are completely dissatisfied with the concept(s) put to you and you do not wish to make any changes (revisions) to the design, you are entitled to a refund. A cancellation fee of $198 inc GST applies and the remainder will be refunded to you.

3a. If you purchased a package and wish to cancel the website that has not been started, a full refund of the website design will be given - less any actual work produced by Swift Productions. This includes items that are noted as being ~FREE or ~BONUS as part of a package:

Examples:

- Website Design
- eBay Store Design
- eBay Template Design
- Logo Design
- Print Media (Business cards, flyers, posters, banners, catalogues, stickers etc)
- Hosting
- Graphic Design

The fee deducted will be based on current value prices – for work that has actually been done. If we have given you a custom order or a special price, then our normal fees on individual items are payable as the package has been broken. Please see our rates below:

- Our standard design rate is $80 + GST per hour. This does not include logo design, video editing or animation
- eBay Store Design
- Our standard programming rate is $110 + GST per hour.
- Logo design rate is $117.28 + GST per hour

To calculate the refund amount simply go to our specials on the website, select the items of work you have received and add them up for a total. This total is the amount payable by you, the customer, for the work that has actually been done, we take that from the deposit and the remainder is refunded.

~FREE or ~BONUS only applies if NO REFUND IS REQUESTED otherwise fees mentioned above will be charged.

3b. If you have approved the design and work and the programming of the website has not yet commenced and you wish to ask for a refund, you will be refunded the total amount excluding the costs associated with the design calculated at $80 + GST per hour (minimum 5 hour charge total $400 + GST).

3c. If we have commenced any form of changes (revisions) to your artwork our refund policy no longer applies. By purchasing a website design services by us you are agreeing to our refund policy and terms of use.

eBay Store Design and Programming

4. eBay Store and eBay template design fees are 100% refundable (within the first year of the deposit being paid) up to the point we have started the design. Once we have started the design and a copy has been sent to you any cancellation requests will result in a design charge of $599 (GST inc) being applied, the remainder will be refunded to you. The deposit is valid for no more than 1 year. Any cancellation after 1 year or any inactivity the deposit will be forfeited and non-refundable.

By purchasing any of our services you are agreeing to our refund policy and terms and conditions.

4a. If you purchased a package and wish to cancel the eBay Store that has not been started, a full refund of the eBay Store will be given - less any actual work produced by Swift Productions. This includes items that are noted as being ~FREE or ~BONUS as part of a package:

Examples:
- Logo Design
- Print Media (Business cards, flyers, posters, banners, catalogues, stickers etc)
- Graphic Design

This total is the amount payable by you, the customer, for the work that has actually been done, we take that from the deposit and the remainder is refunded.

4b. If you have approved the design and work on the development of the eBay store has not yet commenced and you wish to ask for a refund, you will be refunded the total amount excluding the costs associated with the design calculated at $80 + GST per hour (minimum 5 hour charge total $400 + GST).

4c. If we have commenced any form of changes (revisions) to your artwork our refund policy no longer applies. By purchasing an eBay store design service by us you are agreeing to our refund policy and terms of use.

Graphic Design Service (Including Logo Design)

5. Graphic design fees are refundable up to the point revisions on the design start. If you are completely dissatisfied with the concepts put to you and you do not wish to make any changes (revisions) to the design, you are entitled to a refund. A cancellation fee of $55 inc GST applies and the remainder will be refunded to you. This cancellation fee applies only to jobs that have been started. Once revisions have commenced the Money Back Guarantee is void and work will continue on the design.

Printing Refunds

6. Swift Productions will only issue you a refund if there was an error with the printing made from our end. Example: we printed on the wrong stock or folded/cut incorrectly. This does not include any aspect of artwork errors including spelling & grammar mistakes.

6a. For us to start printing you will need to have approved the artwork in writing (electronic form such as email) before we commence any printing runs. We don't accept verbal approvals and this must be done in writing. It is your responsibility to ensure all information on the artwork is correct, that there are no spelling or grammar mistakes and the images that you provided to us are of good quality. Once artwork has been approved for printing, the refund is void and will not be offered in the event errors are found after printing.

6b. By purchasing any of our printing services you are agreeing to our refund policy and our terms of use.

IMPORTANT THINGS YOU SHOULD NOW ABOUT OUR POLICIES

FREE and BONUS are not billable unless you request a refund. If a refund has been requested then the following rates will apply:

- Standard design rate is $80 per hour. This does not include logo design, video editing or animation.
- Standard programming rate is $155 per hour

By using our services and to be eligible for a refund you must also read, understand and agree to our terms of use policy. This policy applies alongside our refund policy.

Refunds will only be given the way it was paid (unless special arrangements are made with management in writing)

Swift Productions reserves the right to cancel any order(s) at any time.
