How long will it take to setup my website?
Once the order has been placed you will receive your website design within 10 b/days. The development will only start once you have approved the design. The development and build of the website takes 4-5 weeks to finish, just remember we don't use templates so everything we do is custom and built to represent your brand.
How many products can I sell on my website?
You will be able to list as many products as you like on your site based on our Neto subscription
What level of support do you provide?
We provide FREE ongoing support related to the design of your website
You will receive 30 days free phone support after the website goes live. After the 30 days all support related enquiries must be logged online via our help desk.
Please note that our support is for the design only. You must contact Neto for any support related to the Neto platform or its plugins.
How much does web hosting cost?
We don't charge any hosting fees for the Neto platform.
Are there any hidden fees?
There are no additional fees payable to us apart from your initial design cost. All other fees such as the Neto subscription and/or third party APPS are payable to the relevant party.
Are you based in Australia?
Yes, we are located in the heart of the Parramatta CBD, Sydney. We are 100% Australian owned and operated.
Will I be able to update and change the design and content myself?
You can change parts of the site yourself using the CMS (content management system). The amount that can be changed varies depending on the actual design however usually things like images, text, banners, products/items and links are things you will be able to easily change yourself.
Do you offer any training on how to use the website?
Yes we do, each and every single one of our clients will receive full training on how to use the new website.
We will also do a live tutorial for you via remote access where you will be able to watch us list new products and make changes. We will then have you repeat the process.
