Once the order has been placed you will receive your website design within 10 b/days. The development will only start once you have approved the design. The development and build of the website takes 4-5 weeks to finish, just remember we don't use templates so everything we do is custom and built to represent your brand.
You will be able to list as many products as you like on your site. Normally though once you have around 20,000 items and are receiving 40+ orders per day we recommend (not a must but better to do so) upgrading to a dedicated server to ensure the website loads and functions at its best. A dedicated server cost starts at $300 p/month.
Yes, you can setup your own custom email accounts via your websites cPanel. You can create things such as [email protected] etc

You will receive 30 days free phone support after the website goes live. After the 30 days all support related enquiries must be logged online via our help desk.

Web hosting is free for the first year. After the first year you can renew your web hosting from only $15.40 p/month, paid 1 year upfront.
There are no additional fees payable to us apart from your initial design cost. All other fees such as the Neto subscription and/or third party APPS are payable to the relevant party.

You can change parts of the site yourself using the CMS (content management system). The amount that can be changed varies depending on the actual design however usually things like images, text, banners, products/items and links are things you will be able to easily change yourself.
Yes we do, each and every single one of our clients will receive full training on how to use the new website.
We will also do a live tutorial for you via remote access where you will be able to watch us list new products and make changes. We will then have you repeat the process.
