Swift Productions believes in transparent pricing. This page provides a general guide across all service areas. Prices may vary depending on project scope, platform, complexity, urgency and specific requirements.

1. Support Fees

Standard Support

Issues confirmed as caused by our work and still under warranty are generally resolved at no charge. Issues caused by third parties or client changes may attract our standard support rates.

Website Training

Clients purchasing an eligible custom website or eBay template receive one complimentary training session of up to 1.5 hours. Additional training is available at $135 per hour.

Advertising spend is not included in management fees. SEO and paid advertising fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.

8. Graphic Design

9. Deposits & Payment Structure

Payment is required before Swift Productions commences work. Final payment must be received as cleared funds before delivery, handover or launch.

Support and Development

Support, programming and development services must generally be paid in advance based on the approved hourly rate, minimum charge or day rate.

10. General Pricing Conditions

  • All prices exclude GST.
  • Prices are a general guide only , a final price is confirmed after reviewing your requirements.
  • Third-party fees are not included.
  • Urgent, weekend or after-hours work may attract higher rates.
  • Work outside the accepted scope will be quoted or charged separately.
  • Minimum hourly charges apply even where the work takes less than the minimum period.
  • Unused portions of a minimum charge are not transferable unless agreed in writing.

Where a signed proposal or written quote conflicts with this page, the written agreement applies to that project.

11. Third-Party Costs

Not included unless expressly stated. These may include:

  • Website hosting and domain registrations.
  • Platform subscriptions (Shopify, WordPress, WooCommerce, Maropost Commerce).
  • Premium themes, applications and plugins.
  • Software licences, stock photography, video and fonts.
  • Advertising spend and payment gateway fees.
  • External contractors or specialist service providers.

Swift Productions is not responsible for changes a third-party provider makes to its fees, features or availability.

12. Cancellations and Refunds

Refund eligibility is determined in accordance with our Refund Policy and any written agreement.

  • SEO, AI Search and paid advertising fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
  • Where a package is cancelled, completed work may be recalculated at standard individual prices.
  • Committed resources and non-refundable third-party charges may be deducted from any eligible refund.
  • There is no general lock-in contract unless a minimum term is stated in the relevant agreement.
