Support Fees
- Level 2 Support (business hours) // $135 per hour (min 1 hour charge)
- Level 3 Support (after hours) // $425 per hour (min 1 hour charge)
- Additional Training Session // $135 for 1 hour
NOTE: We’re committed to supporting our clients with their websites. If something goes wrong due to our work, we provide free support to resolve the issue. However, if the issue is unrelated to our work and requires investigation or additional fixes, our standard support rates will apply.
We also offer a complimentary 1.5-hour training session to help you navigate and manage your new website. For further training, additional sessions can be scheduled at $135 per session, which includes 1 hour of personalised guidance.

^ Prices are approximate, exclude GST and may vary based on project requirements. Platform subscriptions, plugins, licences, hosting, third-party software and ongoing maintenance are not included unless otherwise stated.
^^ The WordPress Growth Platform includes a custom website, technical SEO, on-page SEO, AI Search Optimisation (AEO), Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO), schema markup, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, conversion tracking, performance optimisation and launch support. Content creation, photography, videography and ongoing SEO campaigns are quoted separately unless specifically included.
^~ Theme updates are limited to themes that are a maximum of two versions behind the latest release. Themes beyond this point incur an additional $45 per version. Custom code, app integrations and third-party modifications may require additional work to ensure compatibility with the latest release.

Deposits / Payments
Before we start any work, payment is required. The amount required varies depending on the total dollar value of the project.
Our payment structure:
- Support / Programmer / Developer, payment required upfront based on the above rates.
- $10,000+ We cater a payment plan for you. Please call to discuss (direct debit or credit card payments only).
- $6000 - $9999.99 3 progress payments required: 1st payment 40%, 2nd payment 30%, and final payment 30%.
- $3500 - $5999.99 2 progress payments required: 1st payment 50% and final payment 50%.
- $3499.99 or below full payment required.
Final payment is required before we do the final handover or delivery of the project.
Prices are all GST exclusive.
Disclaimer: All prices mentioned above are for guidance only and may vary based on your specific requirements. The final cost will be confirmed after discussing the details of your project or services needed. Please note, there is no lock-in contract, and full payment upfront is required. Training provided is for customers who purchase a custom eBay template or website design services. Refunds are eligible based on our refund policy; however, payments for SEO and PPC services are non-refundable.
