Refund Policy.

1. Domain Name Registration

1. The client must provide the exact domain name they would like registered in writing. The domain name provided will be copied into the relevant registration system.

The client is responsible for checking that the requested domain name is correct, including all spelling, wording and domain extensions, before it is submitted to Swift Productions.

1a. Domain name registration fees are non-refundable once the domain registration has been submitted or completed.

No refund will be provided for domain names purchased with incorrect spelling, wording or domain extensions where the domain was registered according to the client’s written instructions.

2. Hosting

2. Hosting services are generally paid annually in advance.

A client may request cancellation of eligible website hosting services by providing at least 30 days written notice. Where a refund applies, it will be calculated based on the unused eligible portion of the hosting term after the notice period.

Hosting services that include active email accounts, such as [email protected], are non-refundable.

eBay store hosting fees are also non-refundable and are generally payable annually in advance.

2a. When a hosting refund or cancellation is processed, the associated hosting account may be closed.

Cancellation may cause the client’s website, eBay store, FTP access, databases, email accounts or related services to stop operating.

The client is responsible for arranging the transfer, migration and backup of their website, email and data before cancellation. Swift Productions is not responsible for migration costs, data loss or service interruption caused by a hosting cancellation or transfer.

2b. Hosting is charged for a minimum period of one month in advance. Monthly hosting charges and any commenced monthly service period are non-refundable.

3. Web Design Services

3. Website design fees may be refundable before revisions to the initial design concept have commenced.

If the client is dissatisfied with the initial concept and chooses not to request any revisions or changes, they may request a refund. A cancellation fee of $198 including GST will be deducted, along with any other applicable charges for completed work.

3a. If a website project or package is cancelled before web design work has commenced, the web design portion may be refunded less the value of any work, products or services already provided.

This includes products or services described as free, included or bonus items within a package, such as:

• Website design.
• eBay store or template design.
• Logo design.
• Graphic design.
• Print media, including business cards, flyers, posters, banners, catalogues and stickers.
• Hosting services.
• Digital marketing, including SEO and paid advertising.

Where a bundled package is cancelled, completed items will be charged at their current individual service rates rather than the discounted package rate.

Any amount payable for completed work will be deducted from money already paid. The remaining eligible amount, if any, will be refunded.

Items described as free or bonus are only free when the complete package is retained. If a refund or cancellation is requested, the standard value of completed items may be deducted.

3b. If the web design has been approved but programming has not commenced, an eligible refund may be issued less the cost of completed design work.

Design work will be calculated at $80 plus GST per hour, with a minimum charge of five hours, being $400 plus GST.

3c. Once revisions, amendments or changes to the website artwork or design have commenced, the Money Back Guarantee no longer applies.

Any further cancellation or refund request will be assessed based on the work completed, costs incurred and the terms of the relevant proposal or service agreement.

4. eBay Store & Template Design

4. eBay store and eBay template design deposits may be refundable within 12 months of payment where the design process has not commenced.

Once design work has commenced and an initial draft has been provided, cancellation will incur a design charge of $599 including GST. Any remaining eligible balance will be refunded.

Deposits remain valid for 12 months from the date of payment. Deposits become non-refundable where:

• The project remains inactive for 12 months.
• The client does not provide the information required to continue the project.
• The client requests cancellation more than 12 months after payment.

4a. If an eBay store package is cancelled before eBay store design work has commenced, the eBay design portion may be refunded less the value of any completed work or services.

This includes items described as free, included or bonus items, such as:

• Logo design.
• Graphic design.
• Print media, including business cards, flyers, posters, banners, catalogues and stickers.

Where a package is cancelled, completed work will be charged at its current individual value. Discounted package pricing will no longer apply once the package is separated or cancelled.

Our standard graphic design rate is $80 plus GST per hour. This rate does not include web design, eBay store design, eBay template design, video editing or animation.

Completed eBay template design work may be charged at a rate of $799, subject to the scope of the work and the applicable quote or agreement.

4b. If the eBay design has been approved but development has not commenced, an eligible refund may be issued less the cost of completed design work.

Design work will be calculated at $80 plus GST per hour, with a minimum charge of five hours, being $400 plus GST.

4c. Once revisions, changes or amendments to the eBay artwork have commenced, the Money Back Guarantee no longer applies.

By purchasing an eBay store or eBay template design service, the client agrees to this Refund Policy and our Terms of Use.

5. Graphic Design & Logo Design

5. Graphic design fees may be refundable before revisions to the initial design concepts have commenced.

If the client is dissatisfied with the initial concepts and does not request any revisions or changes, they may request a refund.

A cancellation fee of $55 including GST applies to graphic design work that has already commenced. The remaining eligible balance will be refunded.

Once revisions, amendments or changes have commenced, the Money Back Guarantee is void and work will continue in accordance with the approved project scope.

Additional work outside the original scope may be charged at our standard rates.

6. Printing

6. A refund, replacement or reprint may be offered where Swift Productions or its printing provider has made a confirmed production error.

Examples may include:

• Printing on the incorrect stock.
• Incorrect cutting or trimming.
• Incorrect folding.
• A production result that materially differs from the approved order specifications.

A refund or reprint will not ordinarily apply to errors contained in artwork approved by the client, including spelling, grammar, contact details, colours, image quality, dimensions or other supplied information.

6a. Printing will only commence once the client has approved the final artwork in writing, including approval provided by email.

Verbal or telephone approval is not accepted.

The client is responsible for carefully checking all artwork before approval, including:

• Spelling and grammar.
• Names, telephone numbers, email addresses and website addresses.
• Prices, dates and other business information.
• Artwork dimensions, layout and orientation.
• The quality and resolution of supplied images.

Once artwork has been approved and printing has commenced, no refund will be provided for errors that were visible or present in the approved artwork.

6b. By purchasing printing services from Swift Productions, the client agrees to this Refund Policy and our Terms of Use.

7. Digital Marketing & Ongoing Services

Fees for ongoing services, including SEO, paid advertising management, website maintenance, support retainers and digital marketing services, are generally non-refundable once the relevant service period has commenced.

Payments cover the time, resources, research, management and work allocated during the relevant service period and do not guarantee a particular ranking, revenue figure, enquiry volume or advertising result.

Where a service is cancelled, any notice period, minimum term or cancellation condition contained in the applicable proposal, invoice, agreement or service terms will continue to apply.

8. Calculating Refunds

Where a refund applies to a package or bundled service, Swift Productions may deduct:

• The value of work already completed.
• The value of services already supplied or commenced.
• Third-party fees and expenses already incurred.
• Applicable cancellation or administration fees.
• The standard value of items originally described as free or bonus inclusions.

Completed work will generally be calculated using the current standard price for the individual product or service.

If a custom package, promotional price or discounted bundle is cancelled, the original package discount may no longer apply.

The value of completed work and applicable charges will be deducted from the amount paid. Any remaining eligible balance will then be refunded.

9. Fees Applied to Cancelled Packages

Unless a quote, proposal or service agreement states otherwise, the following standard rates may apply when calculating completed work:

• Graphic design: $80 plus GST per hour.
• Programming and development: $155 plus GST per hour.

These rates do not necessarily apply to fixed-price services such as logo design, web design, eBay design, video editing, animation or other separately priced services.

10. Refund Method and Processing

Approved refunds will ordinarily be returned using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

An alternative refund method may only be used where agreed by Swift Productions management in writing.

Processing times may vary depending on the original payment method, financial institution and payment provider. Swift Productions is not responsible for delays caused by banks, card providers or third-party payment processors.

The client may be required to provide information reasonably necessary to verify the payment and process the refund.

11. Other Important Conditions

11. Products or services described as free or bonus are not separately charged where the client retains the complete package.

If the client requests a refund, cancellation or separation of the package, completed free or bonus items may be charged at their normal individual rates.

11a. Refund eligibility is subject to this Refund Policy, our Terms of Use, the relevant proposal, invoice and any separate written service agreement.

11b. Swift Productions reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

• Payment cannot be verified.
• The requested service falls outside our service requirements.
• The client provides unlawful, misleading or unauthorised material.
• The client breaches our Terms of Use.
• Continuing the project would expose Swift Productions to legal, financial or security risks.

If Swift Productions cancels an order, any refund will be calculated based on work already completed, services already provided and costs already incurred.

12. Refund Requests and Contact

Refund and cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and should include:

• The client’s full name and business name.
• The relevant invoice or order number.
• The service being cancelled.
• The reason for the request.
• Any supporting information reasonably required to assess the request.

Submitting a request does not automatically mean that a refund will be approved. Each request will be reviewed against this policy and the applicable service agreement.
